By creating an account or using the DeepRewrite service at deeprewrite.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DeepRewrite is a professional proofreader and editor for raw AI-generated text. You provide text input and choose a mode (Deep, Standard, or Sarcastic); we provide two edited versions of that text as output (Conservative and Relaxed) in a single run for the mode selected. The service uses proprietary AI models we host and run ourselves on our own infrastructure. We do not fact-check submissions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use DeepRewrite for any lawful purpose. You may not:
You may not use DeepRewrite to create, refine, or process content that is illegal, that promotes serious harm, or that involves the sexual exploitation of minors. This includes content that is clearly intended to facilitate crimes, scams, or the distribution of child sexual abuse material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for these prohibited purposes. We may also refuse to process specific submissions that appear to violate this rule.
You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the outputs. DeepRewrite does not monitor every submission in real time and does not assume responsibility for user content.
You retain full ownership of all text you submit to DeepRewrite. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process that text solely to deliver the service to you. We make no claim over your submissions or the outputs we return to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any text you provide — including compliance with third-party copyright, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
The transformed text returned to you is yours. We claim no ownership, license, or interest in it. You may publish, sell, license, or otherwise use it however you choose, subject to any obligations you have to third parties.
DeepRewrite is a professional editing tool. We are not responsible for how you choose to use your outputs or for any consequences of that use. We do not represent that using DeepRewrite will or will not satisfy the requirements of any particular workplace, policy, or jurisdiction. That assessment is yours to make based on your specific circumstances.
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime where reasonably possible.
DeepRewrite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that outputs will meet your specific requirements or be free from errors. We do not fact-check. Text editing requires judgment on your part — we provide professionally edited material to work with, not a finished product guaranteed to suit every context.
DeepRewrite is a digital service. Words are credited to your account and made available immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately. Where permitted by law, you lose the right to cancel or withdraw after the service has been supplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepRewrite's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or speculative damages of any kind.
Current package pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. DeepRewrite uses pure pay-as-you-go packages charged by input word count; packages expire as stated at purchase. After email verification, new accounts receive 250 free words so you can try the service before purchasing. Free words have no cash value and cannot be converted into money. Because DeepRewrite is a digital service delivered immediately, paid packages are non-refundable once any words from the package have been used. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations or with reasonable notice for lesser breaches. On termination, your access to the service ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
We will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
