By creating an account or using the DeepRewrite service at deeprewrite.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DeepRewrite is a professional text transformation and editing service. You provide text input; we provide two edited versions of that text as output. The service uses proprietary AI models hosted entirely on our own infrastructure.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use DeepRewrite for any lawful purpose. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all text you submit to DeepRewrite. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process that text solely to deliver the service to you. We make no claim over your submissions or the outputs we return to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any text you provide — including compliance with third-party copyright, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
The transformed text returned to you is yours. We claim no ownership, license, or interest in it. You may publish, sell, license, or otherwise use it however you choose, subject to any obligations you have to third parties.
DeepRewrite is a professional editing tool. We are not responsible for how you choose to use your outputs or for any consequences of that use. We do not represent that using DeepRewrite will or will not satisfy the requirements of any particular employer, institution, policy, or jurisdiction. That assessment is yours to make based on your specific circumstances.
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability. We will communicate planned downtime where reasonably possible.
DeepRewrite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that outputs will meet your specific requirements, achieve any particular score on AI detection tools, or be free from errors. Text transformation requires editorial judgment on your part — we provide material to work with, not a finished product guaranteed to suit every context.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepRewrite's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or speculative damages of any kind.
Current pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to registered users. Prepaid credits or top-up balances are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations or with reasonable notice for lesser breaches. On termination, your access to the service ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
We will notify registered users of material changes to these Terms by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
